Forget what you know about gyms, I do it differently! With The LC, you’ll be getting involved in a service that is entirely dedicated to getting YOU fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier.

I have a maximum of 50 local clients that I work with closely and I cap the numbers there to ensure the highest quality of support and care. So you can rest assured that you will not just be another number like you are at all those other gyms you may have experienced!

I am committed to getting you the best results in the most enjoyable way possible in an environment that you actually want to be in.

The Lifting Club closes the gap between group fitness classes on offer at the local leisure centre and 121 personal training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
